试验检测能力Measurement and to sting facilities
新航集团拥有国家级流体污染检测实验室和产品、零部件以及飞机环控系统性能试验检测中心，具有飞机座舱压力调节系统试验台，飞机环控、燃滑油、液压油系统附件综合性能试验台。包括涡轮冷却器、各类热交换器、水分离器、过滤装置、油泵、压力流量调节/关断装置、电动/电磁/气动阀门类产品综合性能试验台以及满足国军标要求的各种环境实验设备。通过高精度数据采集系统，对航空产品和部件及系统进行性能试验并可进行精确的可靠性增长、寿命和环境试验。国防流体污染测试与控制中心，是我国第一个通过国家实验室认可的颗粒度校准／检测实验室，流体污染测试与控制技术填补了国内空白，技术能力居国际先进水平。先后承担多项国家重点项目技术研究和航空产品预研课题，多次代表中国参加国际比对试验均取得优异成绩。
The Group has advanced test facilities, such as the state-level fluid pollution lab, aircraft environmental control system performance test center, aircraft cabinet pressure control system test rig, accessory performance test rigs for turbine-cooler, heat exchanger, water separator , filter , foul pump , pressure and flow rate controls and switches , electric /electro-magnetic/pneumatic valves . Performance, reliability and life of accessories will be tested. The national defense fluid pollution test and control center is the first state-approved lab in China for grain size measurement and check, and the world-level lab has conducted many tests for some key national projects and aviation research programs. The lab has achieved excellent results in world comparison tests.
集团拥有先进的汽车零部件检测试验设备，可对汽车空调系统、动力转向系统、汽车“三滤”等产品进行性能测试。
汽车空调系统性能试验台从美国引进，制冷能力测试范围可达18KW，是目前国内最先进的汽车空调测试系统，可以对轿车、客车、工程车、卡车等各种车用空调系统进行性能检测，提供可靠数据。高低温试验台、振动试验台、盐雾试验台以及脉冲压力试验台等为检测汽车空调产品环境性能提供了可靠的保证。
拥有国家级的过滤与分离机械产品质量监督检测中心，空气滤试验台、机油滤试验台、燃油滤试验台及高精度的测试系统，使过滤技术处于国内先进水平，保证了产品的研制和产品的技术性能要求。
从国外进口的三坐标测量仪、德国万能工具显微镜、智能平面度检查仪、金相图像分析系统、电动量仪、气动量仪和日本的高性能动力转向系统试验设备，保证动力转向器的性能质量。
The Group has advanced test facilities for automotive components, such as A/C system, power steering and filters.
The automotive A/C calorimeter which is introduced from USA is used to test the cooling capacity of A/C for different vehicles. Test is 18 KW. High and low temperature test rig , vibration test rig , salt spray test rig and pulse pressure test rig are used for automotive A/C products tests .
The Group also has advanced test facilities for filtering products, such as the state-level quality control and test center for filtering and separating machineries, air filter test rig , lube oil test rig , fuel filter test rig and accurate testing system, in order to make sure that the products can meet the demands of performances.
The 3D coordinate measurement machine form USA, universal tool microscope from Germany, intellectual flatness check device, metalloid graphic analyzer, electric and pneumatic measurement instruments and high performance steering test equipment ensure the products quality and play the important role for the products development.
研制能力
从国外引进数十台精密数控加工中心及关键设备，形成柔性加工系统，大大增强了新产品的研发能力。CAD、CAM、CAPP、CAE等先进手段的运用，提高了产品的设计、制造自动化和管理技术信息化水平。集团拥有省部级技术中心，建立了各类汽车零部件系统研究机构。以智力资源为先导，培养优秀专业人才，注重人力资源的开发及合理配置。先后与日本松下、清华大学、北京航空航天大学、南京航空航天大学、西安交大等国内外著名企业与高校进行技术合作、软件开发、联合开办制冷行业及工程行业研究生班；邀请英国、美国公司的计算机仿真专家，日本空调行业、循环球动力转向器技术专家进行技术讲座，为企业储备了高技术人才力量。
R＆D
Several tens of machining centers from abroad are used for products development. CAD, CAM, CAPP, CAE are used for Products design, manufacture and management. The Group’s technical center is Henan province approved and the Group has established cooperative relationship with Japan Panasonic, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and many foreign specialists from UK, USA and Japan have been invited to the Group to give lectures.
装备水平
集团按照“高起点、多品种、专业化、现代化”的标准，投资建成多条汽车零部件生产线，从美国、英国、日本引进设备建成了具有国际先进水平的自动化汽车空调热交换器芯体生产线，以及轿车、微车、中巴、大巴、工程车空调系统总成装配线，具备45万套的年制造能力。由美国引进的汽车空调层叠式蒸发器生产线，是国内仅有的几条专业制造国际最先进的层叠式蒸发器生产线之一，年产能力达到30万套。
Production Equipment
The Group has built advanced automotive components production
Lines, including heat exchanger production line, assembly line for A/C of cars, different size buses and off-road vehicles, laminated evaporator production line .The key equipment and machines of the production lines are from USA.UK, and Japan. Annual production capacity is 450 thousand sets of A/C assemblies and 300 thousand pcs of laminated type evaporators.
从美国、日本引进直焊机、空间曲线焊接机器人等设备，投资建设旋装滤生产线、空气滤生产线、电喷燃油滤生产线、PU滤生产线、组焊生产线、喷漆线等，成为亚洲较大的滤清器生产基地。
With the linear welder and space curve welding robot and other equipment introduced from USA and Japan, the Group has built rotation assemble filter production line, air filter production line, electric fuel injection filter production line, PU filter production line, group welding production line, painting line and automotive filters quality test center. The Group has become the larger base in Asia for filter manufacture.
采用德国高速插齿机、英国内外螺纹磨床、瑞士自动配磨机床等设备按精益生产方式组建U型生产线，实行标准作业和准时化生产，形成了应变能力强、生产效率高，以及柔性化的设备组合。
The company has established U-style production line with German gear shaping machine, Britain internal/external screw grinding machine and Swiss automotive grinding machine; carried out standardized working and on-time production, informed equipment assembly with flexiable ability, high efficiency.
